1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Fastr Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Fastr Chat
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be old enough to use online services under the laws that apply where you live.
- You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity is caused by our own misconduct.
- You must not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

3. Using the Service

- Public rooms may be visible to broader audiences and may support public previews or shared links.
- Private rooms and direct conversations are intended for narrower access, but they still rely on server-side processing and storage.
- Some features may be added, changed, limited, or removed over time.
4. User Content and Uploads
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Fastr Chat, including messages, files, avatars, and
feedback. However, by using the service, you grant Fastr Chat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, adapt, display, and distribute that content solely as
needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to post or upload content.
- You must not upload unlawful material, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- If you share a public room or message link, you understand that recipients may be able to access the shared content.
- We may process uploaded files to support previews, downloads, storage, moderation, and delivery across the service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Fastr Chat to:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, exploit, or harm other people.
- Post or distribute spam, scams, malicious code, phishing content, or misleading solicitations.
- Impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent affiliation or identity.
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, infringing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, authentication requirements, or access restrictions.
- Interfere with service stability, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape data at scale, or use automation in a way that harms the platform or its users.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
Fastr Chat may use reports, administrative tools, automated protections, and human review to investigate
abuse, secure the service, and enforce these Terms. We may, where appropriate:
- Remove or restrict access to content, files, rooms, or features.
- Limit, suspend, or terminate accounts or sessions.
- Preserve records related to safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
- Cooperate with lawful requests or investigations when required.
7. Availability and Changes
- We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or error-free operation.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of content you consider important.
- We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
8. Disclaimers
Fastr Chat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable
law. We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.
Security note: do not use Fastr Chat to transmit information that requires guaranteed
end-to-end confidentiality, guaranteed delivery, or guaranteed retention.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fastr Chat and its operators, affiliates, service
providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary,
or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunities, or service
interruptions arising out of or related to your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from or related to the service
will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the platform, or if we must do so for legal or operational reasons.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, enforcement, and safety-related provisions, will continue to apply.
