because no one had read them

the ones where the "new posts" link was always blue

from 2007

the ones with the "last edited" timestamps

bring back the forums

and no soul

with automated replies

ghost towns

modern ones are just...

the old forums had... life

i want a forum where the only moderation is "lol don’t"

squeezed in between

with a tiny bit of content

a grid of ads

modern internet is just...

and it was beautiful

the old internet was a mess

because no one cared enough to delete it

and it would stay up for years

i miss the forums where you could post a meme

and soulless

corporate

modern forums are just...

but it’s okay because it’s fun

and no one follows them
